The Seasons of Statistics

Somebody just came into my room, she had a question about a particular Minitab related Statistics issue. Yes, that is the exam I have first thing in the morning. So, quite hopefully, she traipsed into my room. How flattering - she thought I would be able to help her.

S : How do you go about this Summer, Winter related problem?
Me ( in my head) : Summer wha-?! Stats exam tomorrow right?
S : Blank Stare
Me : Blank Stare
Me (out loud) : Do you know the exact question
S, poor girl pointing at an equally unintelligible 4 liner : This makes no sense to me
Me (pondering over the incomprehensible text for less than 2 seconds): Sigh! I have no clue either.
S (looking at me helplessly, as though staring into my face fixedly for 5 minutes would spark up my overworked brain, and magically dissolve her anxieties in a second) : But, this is one of the questions in the paper for tomorrow.
Me (in my head): Great!
Me (out loud) : I am sorry I have no recollection whatsoever of ever having solved the problem.
S : Blank stare.

And this went on for another 5 minutes. I am not kidding.

Evidently:
1. people have a lot of faith in me,
2. my statistics lab teacher has a great flair for forming the most ridiculous, garbled questions,
3. and I might just tank the test tomorrow.

Yes, I am that brilliant, so much for the infamous 4 CGPA.
