along with a lot of vacant staring in the common room, whilst the excrutiatingly mind numbing ritual of daily attendance (they count heads at night to make sure all the flock made it back home - hostel in this case - and by the way we have been intructed like two thousand times in the last two years to maintain pin-drop silence during the said sessions), with some droning their silent lungs out, some engaging in an overtly gigglish game of stone-paper-scissors, some whiling away their 5 minutes of tortuous silence fiddling away, pressing shiny buttons, doing nothing, on their flashy 15,000 rupee cell phones, some twitching and wiggling eyebrows at each other conveying their latest encounters with the potentially cute architecture guy, mosquitoes having their own delectable feast, springy blue sofas whimpering under the weight of hundreds of hyperactive teenagers and twenty-somethings.

My Week So far...
